In this case the plaintiff, a consolidated group of related corporations, petition for redetermination of excessive profits under the Renegotiation Act of 1951, 50 U.S.C. app. § 1218, as amended, by Pub. L. No. 92-41, 85 Stat. 97, 98. The case involves only the groups’ fiscal year ended December 31, 1967.
