This diversity action involves a collision between a train and an automobile occurring on April 14, 1979, in Houston County, Georgia. Plaintiffs were passengers in the automobile, and instituted this action against defendant on March 27,1981. Currently before the court is plaintiffs’ motion for leave to amend their complaint.
