MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff’s motion to restore this case to the Court’s active calendar and to vacate the current stay is granted. On October 10, 1980, the complaint in this case was dismissed for failure to state a claim on which relief could be granted in an opinion that also strongly suggested a lack of jurisdiction. 497 F.Supp. 637 (S.D.N.Y.1980).
