Appellants, Country Style Donuts, Inc., and Country Style Donuts, Ltd.,1 appeal District Court’s decision disqualifying their counsel, the law firm of Maguire, Voorhis & Wells, from representing them in an antitrust suit brought by appellee, Christopher Peter Cossette.
