BUSSEY, Judge:
Gerald Dean Swanson was convicted in the Municipal Court of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Case No. 276848, for possessing a lighted tobacco cigarette on an elevator in the Tulsa County Courthouse where a “no smoking” sign was prominently displayed.
