HAYS, Justice.

Appellant, Luis Rodrigo Arias, was found guilty after a jury trial of first degree felony murder, kidnapping, aggravated assault, second degree burglary, and theft. The trial court sentenced appellant to life imprisonment on the murder conviction and to various concurrent prison terms on the other convictions. Appellant appeals the conviction for first degree felony murder only.
