ROVIRA, Justice.

We granted certiorari to review a decision of the Colorado Court of Appeals which affirmed the district court.

Haugen v. Western Federal Savings and Loan Association,

633 P.2d 497 (Colo.App.1981). We affirm.

The facts of this case are not in dispute and will be briefly stated.
