PER CURIAM

The accused was charged with violation of disciplinary rules of the Code of Professional Conduct in four respects arising out of his representation of certain clients regarding one legal matter. The matter comes before us in an unusual way. The Oregon State Bar and the accused have recommended to us that we adopt the opinion and recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board.
