This case came on for hearing on October 21, 1981. The action was filed against Mobil Oil Corporation by George Pugh d/b/a Palmer Self-Service, who seeks damages and injunctive relief because of Mobil’s attempted termination of the franchise relationship between Mobil and Pugh.
