MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

VanARTSDALEN, District Judge.

This is an action under the Social Security Act (Act), 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(c)(3), to review the final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (Secretary) terminating claimant Mus-grove’s Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits and denying her application for Social Security Disability (SSA) benefits.
