The plaintiff O’Brien & Gere Engineers, Inc. (O&G) brought this action against defendant Khalil Taleghani, et al. to recover contract damages for engineering services rendered by the plaintiff to Taleghani-Daftary (T-D), a business entity with which the defendant was associated.
