This adversary proceeding was initiated by the plaintiff Whirlpool Corporation to determine the debtor Piad, Inc.’s interest in certain machinery and, if the court determined that Piad had an interest in this machinery, to obtain relief from the automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d).
