FACTS

Lewis L. Reynolds filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on 27 January 1981, in which he did not claim an exemption in a life insurance policy then in effect on his life. On 4 March 1981 Debtor amended his B-4 schedules to list “Life Insurance Exemption 2329.66(A)(b)(c).
