This matter is before the Court on an objection by Creditors Committee and the International Basic Economy Corporation (“IBEC”) (collectively the “Objectors”) to a proof of claim filed by the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (the “PBGC”) for pension contributions owed by the debtor, J. L.
