Defendant Jenner & Block has moved to dismiss the amended complaint of Albany Bank & Trust Co., N. A., plaintiff, seeking a money judgment on the ground that this court lacks subject matter jurisdiction over this amended complaint. This court is of the opinion that it does not have jurisdiction over the subject matter of the amended complaint.
