Defendants George A. Cavalletto, George A. Cavalletto, Jr., and Pattie J. Cavalletto, are the owners and lessors of real property in Roseville, California. Defendant Carrows Restaurants, Inc. (Car-rows), leased the property in May of 1978 and commenced to build a restaurant. On August 9, 1978, Carrows entered into a construction contract with Frank V.
