Plaintiff, ALTECH Industries, Inc. (hereinafter “plaintiff”) brought the action

against defendant, Al Tech Specialty Steel Corporation (hereinafter “defendant A1 Tech”) and defendant GATX (hereinafter “GATX”). Plaintiff and defendant Al Tech are Delaware corporations and defendant GATX is a New York corporation.
