Supreme Court of Delaware August 17, 1982 (Hickman v. Workman)

PER CURIAM:

Following a ruling by the United States District Court for the District of Delaware on July 29, 1982 that the existing council-manic districts in Sussex County are malap-portioned in violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution of the United States, plaintiffs instituted this lawsuit for a declaratory judgment in the Court of Chancery.
