ORDER

In this diversity action, plaintiff seeks to collect an indebtedness owed by the defendant incurred by the defendant’s purchase of chicken raising equipment from plaintiff. Defendant refused to pay for the equipment, alleging it was improperly and untimely installed by the plaintiff in breach of the purchase agreement.
