This matter is before the court on plaintiff’s motion for permission to interview

members of the jury. This ease was tried to a jury for two weeks commencing November 8, 1982. The jury returned a verdict assessing a considerable portion of fault to the plaintiff and plaintiff’s employer, a phantom party.
