This is a suit on an insurance policy issued by appellants St. Paul Mercury Insurance Co. and National Union Fire Insurance Co. as co-insurers (hereafter collectively referred to as “St. Paul”) to appellee Tri-State Cattle Feeders, Inc. (hereafter “Tri-State”).
