Petitioner-appellant, Rex Landis, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, and raises a single assignment of error, as follows:

“The trial court erred in enforcing by contempt a separation agreement incorporated into a final decree of dissolution requiring husband to pay for child’s education at a religious institution
