PER CURIAM:

L. C. Stevens appeals from the district court’s order denying his claims for injunc-tive and declaratory relief and dismissing his claims for monetary relief without prejudice. The defendants claim that because Stevens failed to file a notice of appeal within 30 days of the final judgment he is barred from proceeding with this appeal. We agree.
