Plaintiff — Dura-Wood Treating Company, a division of Roy O. Martin Lumber Co., Inc. (Dura-Wood) — brought suit against defendant, Century Forest Industries, Inc. (Century Forest), alleging a breach of contract. The court had jurisdiction by virtue of diversity of citizenship.
