Plaintiff below, Delores Williams, sued defendant below to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by reason of a defective shoe which she purchased from defendant in June of 1978. After a jury verdict, judgment was entered for plaintiff in the amount of $2,150; she (plaintiff) brings this appeal on two points of error.
