DUGGAN, Justice.

Appellant was found guilty by a jury of murder under Texas Penal Code Section 19.02(a)(1) for intentionally and knowingly causing the death of another person. Punishment, enhanced by proof of a prior conviction, was assessed by the court at sixty years. The court’s charge instructed the jury on the law concerning circumstantial evidence.
