SINGLETON, Judge.

Terry Erhart entered a plea of nolo contendere to one count of sexual assault in the first degree, a class A felony, AS 11.41.-410(a). He appeals his conviction1 and sentence. We affirm.

The trial court sentenced Erhart, a twenty-one-year-old first felony offender, to ten years’ imprisonment without possibility of parole, for a sexual assault.
