PER CURIAM:

These are cross-appeals from a final Order awarding plaintiff/appellant a verdict in the amount of $10,000. However, we cannot reach the merits of the case.

On September 20, 1979, the lower court, after a non-jury trial, found for the plaintiff in the amount of $42,000 plus interest and costs. On September 24, 1979, judgment was entered for that amount on the docket.
