DUNN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a court trial that found Terry Wiedeman (appellant) guilty of obstructing a police officer in the discharge of his duty. We affirm.

At about 12:50 a.m. on October 10, 1981, an altercation occurred at the Prairie Lounge in Redfield, South Dakota. The Redfield city police were called to assist in dispelling the disturbance.
