Plaintiff Sadie H. Greene is a former employee of defendant Thalhimer’s Department Store. Greene has filed a racial discrimination suit against Thalhimer’s under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. See 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to 2000e-17 (1976).
