Delegard seeks to represent the class of individuals who purchased Med General stock between April 24,1978 and November 19,1979 in reliance on Med General’s financial statements disseminated to the public. The depositions and affidavits submitted establish that on May 11 and May 15, 1979 Delegard purchased a total of 1,000 shares of the stock for $15,000.
