The Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. is the basis for this Civil *733Action. Plaintiff, a Black female, was terminated from her employment with Defendant on December 14,1979, following an incident on December 12, 1979. Plaintiff then filed a charge with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on December 26,1979.
