My agreement in the result reached by the majority opinion is founded on (1) the *1246Rules of Criminal Procedure for Justice of the Peace Courts and Municipal Courts as promulgated by this court, and (2) our holding in Lapp v. City of Worland, Wyo., 612 P.2d 868 (1980), with reference to such rules.
