This is an appeal from the grant of the motion for summary judgment of appellee/insurer in this action instituted by appellant on a policy of hazard insurance covering property on which appellant apparently operated a waterslide. The trial court, in a lengthy order, found that appellant had no insurable interest in the property in question on the date it was destroyed by fire.
