MEMORANDUM AND ORDER DENYING INTERIM RELIEF

Mr. Leatherman was found not guilty by reason of insanity and committed by this Court to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital for treatment on July 30, 1982. The present proceeding, brought pursuant to D.C.Code Ann. § 24 — 301(k) (1981), represents his first attempt to obtain release.
