Mercantile Trust Company, N.A. appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis in favor of respondents Cornelius Franklin and Lois Franklin, his wife, in an amount of $15,000.00 actual damages and $18,000.00 punitive damages. Cornelius Franklin above, also appealed from an order of remittitur of $14,000.
