Plaintiff moves for partial summary judgment permanently enjoining defendant from manufacturing or distributing certain toy ears which are concededly patterned after the “General Lee,” an automobile which plays a central role in plaintiff’s formerly vastly successful television program, “The Dukes of Hazzard.
