Plaintiffs filed suit in the Court of Claims against the defendant to recover for injuries plaintiff Antonina Tibor sustained when she tripped over a protruding spike or the remains of a signpost at a bus stop located near the intersection of Gratiot Avenue and Fifteen Mile Road in Macomb County.
