This is an appeal from a trial court’s ruling granting the appellees’ motion for summary judgment and denying the appellant’s motion for summary judgment.

The parties filed stipulations of fact in the trial court and agreed that the sole issue for consideration was a determination of the valuation of loss under Clause 10 of their insurance policy.
