The question presented is whether a Winchester rifle is a household good within the meaning of section 522(d)(3) and 522(f)(2)(A) of the Code.

Robert Noggle (debtor) filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy pursuant to chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. The debtor claimed exemptions pursuant to section 522(d)(3).
