Court of Criminal Appeals of Alabama August 30, 1983 (Shabazz v. State)

Appellant was indicted by the Houston County Grand Jury for felony possession of marijuana and receiving stolen property in the second degree. He was arrested and released on bond. Trial was set for March 24, 1983, at which time appellant failed to appear. His bond was forfeited and alias writs of arrest were issued.
