The present case stems from the refusal of defendant, Aetna Life Insurance Company, to reimburse- the plaintiff for bills incurred in the treatment of plaintiffs wife’s cancer. Jurisdiction is predicated upon diversity of citizenship, 28 U.S.C. § 1332. The case is presently before this court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment.
