Plaintiffs appeal as of right from the trial court’s order granting accelerated judgment to defendant Detroit Automobile Inter-Insurance Exchange (DAIIE).

Vida Kransz was injured in an automobile accident on September 6, 1976. On October 4, 1976, she submitted a written claim for personal injury protection benefits to her insurer, DAIIE.
