The United Farmworkers of America, AFL-CIO (UFW) filed an unfair labor practice charge with the Agricultural Labor Relations Board (ALRB) against real party in interest Sam Andrews’ Sons (SAS). The UFW alleged that SAS had refused to rehire “unfair labor practice” strikers who had unconditionally offered to return to work.
