Plaintiffs, Ego Oil Company and the other owners of certain oil and gas leases, brought an action seeking a declaratory judgment against defendants, L. D. Garner, William D. Luttrell and Linda L. Luttrel. The Luttrels were the current owners of the real property in question at the time this litigation began.
