Appellant Condovest Corporation appeals a summary judgment denying it specific performance of six contracts for the construction and purchase of condominiums in Austin. Appellant, as purchaser, instituted this suit against contractor-seller, John Street Builders, Inc., for specific performance and, alternatively, for damages for an alleged breach of contract.
