Defendant Norwegian America Line, Inc., appeals from a judgment, entered on a jury verdict, awarding $35,000.00 damages to plaintiff Ryszard Szumlicz, in a suit brought by him for unseaworthiness and under the Jones Act, 46 U.S.C. § 688.
