Plaintiffs sue here for an injunction to enforce a restrictive covenant in their shopping center lease, protecting them against competition in the operation of their retail jeans shop. Contrary to defendants’ contentions, we hold: (1) the restrictive covenant prohibits the sale of jeans as conducted by defendant P.N. Hirsch & Co. Stores, Inc.
