This appeal is the last in a series of appeals spanning a ten-year period involving a probate action of the Estate of Esther V. Vaden. This long and multi-faceted litigation began with a petition to admit the will and codicil of Esther V. Vaden to probate on November 8, 1972, nineteen days after her death on October 20, 1972.
