— In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Mclnerney, J.), entered June 16,1981, which (1) set aside a jury verdict in her favor against defendants County of Suffolk and Police Department of the County of Suffolk; and (2) dismissed the complaint against said defendants as a matter of law.
